Four-tower triple-effect ultra-low-temperature distillation

Characteristics:

1. Energy-saving
   The four-tower triple-effect system reuses heat twice in the system, significantly reducing the energy consumption of the entire device. It saves 60% energy compared with single-tower distillation and 30% energy compared with double-tower distillation.
2. High recovery rate
   With an ultra-low-temperature distillation tower bottom temperature (125°C), the decomposition rate of DMF is low and the recovery rate of finished products is high. The recovery rate ≥ 99%.
3. Good stability of product quality
   The deacidification system can simultaneously remove water, dimethylamine, and formic acid from the finished DMF. The quality of finished DMF meets the following standards: water ≤ 200ppm, formic acid ≤ 20ppm, dimethylamine ≤ 20ppm.
