The DMF wastewater recovery device adopts a three-tower triple-effect process, which further improves primary energy utilization rate (vs two-tower double-effect), reduces overall energy consumption of the device, and achieves better economic benefits.

　　As shown in the table above, the three-tower triple-effect process only increases electricity consumption by 30Kw/h, while the treatment capacity is increased from 8t/h to 12t/h. The annual operation time of the entire equipment is reduced from 300 days to 200 days. It saves 2,400 tons of coal, 14,400 tons of water, and 708,000 kWh of electricity annually.
